3 ‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’
Sermon Description
Jeremiah 33:3 states, “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.” From this verse, we can learn the following three points:
1. Prayer is important: The verse encourages us to call out to God, indicating that prayer is a critical aspect of our relationship with Him. We can bring our requests, concerns, and desires before God, and He promises to answer us.
2. God’s knowledge is vast: The verse speaks of “great and unsearchable things” that God will reveal to us. This suggests that God’s knowledge is immense and far beyond what we can comprehend on our own. Through prayer, we can tap into this wisdom and gain insights that we would not have otherwise.
3. God is faithful: The fact that God promises to answer us when we call out to Him shows His faithfulness and commitment to His people. We can trust that He will hear our prayers and respond in accordance with His will, even if we do not always understand His timing or ways.
