Isinugo ni Jesus ang Kanyang mga Alagad
16 Pumunta ang labing-isang alagad sa Galilea, sa bundok na sinabi sa kanila ni Jesus. 17 Nang makita nila si Jesus, siya’y sinamba nila, subalit may ilan sa kanilang nag-alinlangan. 18 Lumapit si Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, “Ibinigay na sa akin ang lahat ng kapangyarihan sa langit at sa lupa. 19 Kaya’t humayo kayo, gawin ninyong alagad ko ang mga tao sa lahat ng mga bansa. Bautismuhan ninyo sila sa pangalan ng Ama, at ng Anak, at ng Espiritu Santo. 20 Turuan ninyo silang sumunod sa lahat ng iniutos ko sa inyo. Tandaan ninyo, ako’y laging kasama ninyo hanggang sa katapusan ng panahon.”

1.Jesus has all Authority in heaven and on earth
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
18 Lumapit si Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, “Ibinigay na sa akin ang lahat ng kapangyarihan sa langit at sa lupa.
–> We have a misconception of who is having authority in this world
–> Knowing that Jesus has all the authority, why we are still giving least important to Jesus?
–> Let us never forget that whatever we did on earth, it is also recorded in heaven
2. No selective discipleship
–> Jesus commission us to make disciples of ALL Nations, All People, No Preferences
–> The projected world population on Jan. 1, 2023, is 7,942,645,086
The 2,604,381,000 estimate for mid-year 2023 Christian population total is a 44,506,000-person increase from the mid-year 2022 total.
We are commissioned to make ALL Nations God’s disciples
We are not reaching half of the population, so we have a lot of work to do
3. God is with us, till the end
20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
20 Turuan ninyo silang sumunod sa lahat ng iniutos ko sa inyo. Tandaan ninyo, ako’y laging kasama ninyo hanggang sa katapusan ng panahon.”
–> If we will only follow Jesus’ commissioned, in every step of the way, Jesus is with us
Roma 8:31
31 Ano pa ang masasabi natin tungkol dito? Kung ang Diyos ay panig sa atin, sino ang makakalaban sa atin?
Romans 8:31
31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be[a] against us?
–> We may say, why there are still people who still doesn’t believe in God
–> Why there are still people who are saying negatively to our God
–> They may be playing against us, but at the end of the day, if God is with us, who do you think will win at the end?
NEVER FORGET, JESUS HAS THE AUTHORITY IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH

In conclusion
God is telling us today already, if we will only follow Him, do the work that He wants us to do, there is an assurance of winning.
If we do have uncertainty about things in this world, maybe we don’t fully trust God having all the authority.
There are still 5 Billion People who need Jesus.
Let’s start with one, if all of us 2.6 Billion Christian will follow this great commission.
The 2.6 will become 5.2.
All we have to do is to start at ONE.
